With combined expertise in accounting, financial planning, and sales, Victor offers his clients a unique blend of dedicated personalized service and sound financial guidance.
After graduating from Montclair University with a degree in accounting, Victor's first foray into the insurance field was at Prudential where he practiced compliance and auditing.
He then attended Pace University to pursue financial planning after realizing his interests were becoming more customer-focused.
"I wanted to take my knowledge of how a large financial institution operates and apply it to benefit the needs of the general public," Victor states.
As a leading Sales Representative for a general agency in the New Jersey metro area, Victor noticed the lack of personalized service in today's complex benefits market.
He wanted to build a company that would accurately assess the customer's needs and create a benefits plan that would not only be complimentary but also cost-effective.

A dynamic businessman with a knack for building customer relations, Victor implements a hands-on, pro-active consulting philosophy that ensures client satisfaction every step of the way.
"When I designed Reliable Benefits LLC, I had one distinct vision in my mind and that was to provide top-rate service without the obstacles and hindrances often found with large companies.
My objective is to make life as easy as possible for my clients," Victor says. As an independent agent, Victor does not represent the interest of any single company or carrier.
He works with his clients one-on-one to determine which company is best suited to represent their business objectives and philosophies.
